Yes we do refunds! (Mainland U.K. only) Obviously we aim to please, but If you’re not entirely happy with your product, you can send it back to us within 14 days upon receiving*

Return delivery charges are paid at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued subject to the condition of the garment upon return.**

Please do not remove the Protectatag ribbon on the garments or the red thread on the dupattas, otherwise we won’t be able to offer any refund.

You can either return in the original packaging or use any bag suitable for delivery(You get brownie points for using a recyclable bag!) Remember to keep your proof of delivery.

*Custom made items are not eligible for a refund; items that are not available for 24 hour dispatch service - such as the customised slogan dupatta and all items stating 2 weeks delivery time as these items are made specifically for your order.

**Items must be not be worn, and in the same condition as they were sent out.



Due to the limited availability of our range, we are unable to guarantee the item you wish to exchange will be in stock.

Therefore, to avoid disappointment, please purchase the size you wish, and return the unwanted item back to us as per the procedure above.
