FAQ's

• Can I exchange a size?

We are not able to offer exchanges. Please send your item back to us for a refund and place an order for the size/ item you wish to purchase.

• Do you offer made to measure?

If you don’t see your size available, contact us to inquire about made to measure on info@sagrahi.co.uk

• How many sizes do you have of each style?

We may hold stock of certain sizes - please enquire before making your purchase.

• Are returns free of charge?

Returns are paid at the customer's expense.

• Do you have a showroom to try the products on?

We take private appointments in our west London studio at a charge of £25 for ask hour. The charge will be deducted from any purchases made. 

• Can I see your products at any public events?

We may have public showcases throughout the year and publicise these within our free email subscription and instagram stories. 

•  Do you have a newsletter / email subscription?

We send out a monthly email to all subscribers with information on new collection launches, showcase dates, styling tips and subscriber only discount codes.
